Serves 4-6

8 oz spring mix or mesclun salad
1/4 red onion very thinly sliced
2 small oranges or clementines peeled and sectioned
1/4 cup sliced almonds
Place salad in bowl and sprinkle onion, oranges and almonds on top.
Mix vinaigrette:
1/3 cup olive oil or citrus infused oil
1 T cider vintages
1 T orange juice
1/4 t ground cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
Spoon dressing over greens, mix and serve.
